Serving the public since 1911, Turner Bend has cabin rentals , RV and Tent campgrounds. Our cabins are near trailheads that lead to the Mill Creek ORV/ATV riding area and other trails in the Boston Mountain and Pleasant Hill Ranger Districts of the Ozark National Forest. We rent canoes, kayaks, and rafts on the Mulberry River.
Turner Bend provides provisions for all of your adventure needs whether it is whitewater boating on the Mulberry River; hiking on the Ozark Highland Trail; riding your ORV/ATV in the Ozark Mountains; or traversing the crooked Pig Trail on motorcycle. For over a century Turner Bend has been much more than just a hitching post. We bring people who love the outdoors together by hosting such annual events as the Jungle Boater Race, and the Arkansas Canoe Club School of Whitewater Paddling. Turner Bend leads the local conservation effort by adopting a two mile stretch of Highway 23 for litter control, being a founding member of the Mulberry River Society, and serving as host for the annual Mulberry River Spring Clean Up Day, Turner Bend provided months of labor and support for the construction of the Campbell Cemetery, High Bank, and Indian Creek Forest Service access points on the Mulberry River.
