Turner Bend COVID-19 Policy
Turner Bend remains partially open, but many of our employees have been furloughed. Our store hours will be reduced and the store will likely be closed on Mondays for restocking and cleaning. We will pick a rainy day to close therefore check our website daily for specific hours of opening. Store customers will be asked to practice "social distancing."

Boat rentals will be limited. Be prepared to shuttle the people while we shuttle the boats so bring two vehicles. Online reservation is a must so that we can get staffing on busy days. No private vehicle shuttles. Our cabins remain open and we are increasing our already thorough cleaning.

Our campgrounds remain open. Online reservation is required so that we know how many people will be in our campground. Please understand that many phone calls will go unanswered during this time of limited staff. Currently Wolf Pen, Redding Campground and Shores Lake Campground are closed.

For the month of April Turner Bend cabins will only be available for Arkansas residents here on business and emergency personnel.

Thank you for your cooperation.

HISTORIC TURNER BEND

-On the Mulberry River, AR-
Turner Bend, where the National Wild and Scenic Mulberry River meets the Pig Trail Scenic Byway. For over one hundred years travelers have stopped at this spot to admire the river, forests and mountains. The Mulberry River is known for excellent whitewater floating with class II rapids flowing deep in the Ozarks. The Pig Trail is a twisting, curving drive through the Ozarks with views from the valley floor to mountain top vistas. Turner Bend was named the 2013 winner of the Arkansas Environmental Stewardship Award. Turner Bend's owner has received the Arkansas Lodestar Award for long term involvement in improving the Arkansas environment
